Following the success of hip hop biopic Straight Outta Compton it was only a matter of time before we got another one. Last June on 2Pac’s birthday we got a glimpse of the latest mainstream hip hop bipoc All Eyez On Me, which has Demetrius Shipp, Jr. playing Tupac Shakur in the movie. In the build up to it’s release the producers for All Eyez On Me released a new trailer yesterday focusing on the films content. In the trailer we follow 2Pac’s life in terms of how he viewed his society, his community, and his career becoming one of the greatest rappers to ever live. In a time where many such societal questions are being asked again, the content in the movie seems to be more relevant now than ever.
