Louis The Child & Icona Pop Team Up For 'Weekend.'

Robby Hauldren and Freddy Kennett, who most know as Louis The Child, have quickly become this year’s festival hearthrobs. They struck gold by teaming up with K. Flay for “It’s Strange” and it was even featured on the official soundtrack for FIFA ’16. If you go to more than one music festival this Summer, odds are you will run into this young future bass driven duo. Their newest single is a collaboration with Icona Pop called ‘Weekend.’

The new track which was performed live with the Icona Pop ladies during weekend 1 of Coachella brings in all the best aspects of Louis The Child without sounding like a recycled track. Give it two play-throughs and I promise you will be singing along to it all day. It’s the perfect song for those late Summer nights.
