Last month, Shaky Beats made a boom by releasing most of its inaugural lineup and featured heavy hitters such as Yellowclaw, Odesza, Marshmello and Porter Robinson.
With an organizer like C3 Presents (Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits) it should be expected that this festival will bring some top tier talent to Atlanta. Another thing to note about C3 festivals if you have never been is that they are constantly some of the most well organized festivals I have had the pleasure of attending and are no stranger to navigating big cities through various musical excursions.
Today, Shaky Beats released the rest of their lineup and we finally have a chance to see the names that were initially left out of the announcement. Zhu, Chromeo, Major Lazer, Alunageorge, Treasure Fingers, and Years & Years will also be making the trek to Atlanta. Our homies at Soulection have Joe Kay, Sango, and Esta boasting time slots as well. So far, it looks like it’s going to be a blast.
Shaky Beats 2016 will be making its debut May 20-22 in the same venue as its sister festival, Shaky Knees, at Centennial Olympic Park.
Definitely keep an eye out for a huge contest announcement next week regarding the festival which will feature an exclusive Run The Trap meet and greet with one of the festival’s hottest performers.
