Here’s a doozy for you. After having Harlem Shake up on his Soundcloud account for years, Soundcloud has removed the hit single from Baauer’s account.

The reason I think why Harlem Shake would get removed from Baauer’s account is because Mad Decent actually owns the rights to the song. If the label had requested that the song get removed from other accounts to force users to go to Baauer’s account or their own account to listen to the song, but forgot to white list his account, then Soundcloud would have removed the song as well. I believe this is the reason why it happened because the song can still be found on Mad Decent’s Soundcloud. This has happened to a few artists in the past where labels don’t white list artist to host their own songs on their account because the label actually owns the rights to the song. I’m sure this situation will resolve itself quickly, but until then you can listen to Harlem Shake below via Mad Decent’s Soundcloud.

"The reason I think why" is about the least confidence-inspiring way to begin delivering an opinion on a topic. If I was grading a test and saw this as the beginning of the answer, I'd just save us both the trouble and burn the test.

"The reason I think why"???

You might want to change it to "Filed Under: Shitposts"
