Spring Awakening Music Festival is officially a week away. Soldier Field will be inhabited by superstar DJs, and their adoring fans for three days June 12, 13, and 14th.
It’s time to get your weekend plans set in stone and React Presents just helped that happen by releasing their schedule for the festival along with its eclectic list of aftershows that will be invading venues and clubs for the entirety of the weekend.
Schedule
As usual – the schedule acts as the biggest first world problem. You keep asking yourself the question “Just how can I fit so much good music into one tiny weekend!” Some sacrifices will have to be made. Will you be splitting sets? Running from stage to stage? Camping out at one stage for the entirety of the day? I know I don’t want to decide between Keys N Krates or Yellow Claw. The conflicts between 6:30 – 8:30 on Saturday consisting of Brillz, Bro Safari, Adventure Club, Dada Life, Jack U and Flosstradamus might actually kill me.
Aftershows
Spring Awakening Music Festival has the unique advantage of having music inside of Soldier Field go an hour past the normal Chicago sound ordinances of 10 P.M. due to the last hour of music being confined to the actual inside of Soldier Field. But 11 P.M. is much too early to end the party, don’t you think?

All Tickets to every aftershow listed below + More can be found at Clubtix
Friday
If ou have your ‘sea legs’ already then you can join Tommy Trash for the only Yacht afterparty of Spring Awakening. Attendees will be allowed to partake in a three hour open bar. Just don’t get sea-sick. If you’re like me and want to keep the party on dry-land then you can skip over to Primary for an intimate show featuring the OWSLA branded – Mija who blew us away at Sunset Music Festival earlier this year.
Saturday
The party is just getting started Saturday night! Flosstradamus will keep the post SAMF crowd at Concord Music Hall absolutely lit, while Brillz recruits more members to his Twonk Team as he takes over the decks at Evil Olive. There is also a surprise guest boasted to play The MID on Saturday night. Any guesses?
Sunday
SAMF and React Presents really know how to ensure a ‘Sunday Funday.’ With real life looming (or as most call it – Monday) you have to make sure you finish up your festy weekend right.
Zeds Dead and Branchez will be taking over Concord Music Hall. Figure will be injecting his drumstep vibes into Evil Olive, and another surprise guest will be at The MID.
