Alesso – Cool ft. Roy English (Sweater Beats Remix)

Sweater Beats may have just come through with the prettiest remix of 2015 so far.

He took a stab at remixing, ‘Cool’ by Alesso, and it turned out to be everything a remix should be.

Too many times in a ‘remix’ we see vocals ripped from one song with a completely different ‘drop’ and it feels more like a bootleg with the orignal song completely forgotten.

Sweater Beats keeps the core of the song alive and well, and injects his own sound into it, making it an even ‘cooler’ song. He changes out Alesso’s original synth for one that sounds like a horn. Intricate, yet accessible. Gorgeous remix all around. Well done, Sweater Beats, well done.
