Cakes Da Killa and UNiiQU3 “Get 2 Werk”

Produced by New Jersey’s Kween, UNiiQU3, fellow Jersey-native Cakes Da Killa has dropped the latest single ’Get 2 Werk’ featuring Rye Rye. The two recently announced that they will be taking their extraordinary talents on the road together, traveling all over the east coast and midwest, to embark on the Too Lit to Quit Tour.

Brooklyn-based rapper Cakes Da Killa already has three mixtapes under his belt and has easily proven to be one of rap’s most interesting and exciting up-and-coming voices. Effortlessly, Cakes flows over a any kind of production from Vouge music to “traditional” rap beats (like he did on his Hot 97 freestyle).

The Kween has been quite the busy lady, touring in the UK, playing in Australia, assisting THUMP with their Jersey Club documentary, and pretty much producing for everyone that matters. The Killa and the Kween are representing hard for Jersey with this seductive and self-righteous (in the best way possible) track. UNiiQU3 brings her signature chops and drops that compliment’s Cake’s and Rye Rye’s smoothly-aggressive flow.

At this point in the game, it is going to be really hard to discredit the hustle and success of either artist. The duo will kick it off the tour  in Northampton, Massachusetts—where they’ll perform alongside Brenmar—before heading off for consecutive shows in New York, Pittsburgh and Detroit.
