For the most part we like to think genres are irrelevant, but as sounds evolve we find ourselves trying to fit tracks in to a specific category; mainly so others will know what to expect when getting the first listen of new material. As genres continue to merge and become unclassified, this forward thinking style of production has continued to break on to the scene and take music production into a whole new world of sounds. From Wave Racer, ODESZA, Lido and Flume taking over 2014 with unique production styles, and artists like GANZ, Louis Futon, Mura Masa and Mr. Carmack making serious waves; these forwarding thinking artists are forging a refreshing new path in the dance music community.
Check out our list of the top 30 future bass tracks of 2014 below, and heres to another year of production going next level. Holler in the comments with your favorites and let us know if theres anything we might have missed.

Derik Allan Emroe says
Flume killed it last year for sure, maybe would've liked to see Flume's Disclosure remix instead of Lido's at #1. Great to see Odesza and Ganz high up on the list tho.
Props for recognizing Prince Fox and Haywyre!
Ruaridh Fleck says
This is a pretty crap summary of the best future bass songs 2014 barely scrapes the surface of what's out there and half these songs aren't even future bass. You miss some of the best producers around at the minute and obviously you haven't looked to hard.
Felipe Amaral says
Check out Louis The Child, Good stuff.
