Tyga isn’t the only one upset with record labels these days. YMCMB bossman Lil Wayne unexpectedly took to twitter and instagram Wednesday to express his dissatisfaction with Cash Money Records and the delays on his highly anticipated LP ‘Tha Carter V, ” originally slated for release in May. While Weezy’s manager Cortez Bryant has stated that things are fine between Wayne and the label, one can only imagine that this could possibly be the last time the rapper works with Cash Money, his record label since he was 11 years old! With the latest release date (December 9th) pushed back yet again, we sympathize with Wayne and hope the album sees the light of day soon.
To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won’t and hasn’t been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it.
