StéLouse has been an RTT favorite for years as we’ve catalogued his releases from bootlegs to instrumentals, all building up to an imaginative new sound and epic album to go along with it. His history has always been intrguing with the DJ and producer transitioning from hard rock to future bass music back in 2013, but he’s only proven to be a star in the EDM world time and time again. Today, StéLouse caps off his momentum and growth from remixes of Doja Cat and Oh Wonder and collaborations with various Hebinomichi members to his debut self-titled album. Since signing with Casablanca Records, StéLouse has approached future bass with a new sound, fueling a pop friendly energy into the three singles he released leading up.
StéLouse’s 11-track album features singles “Been So Long (feat. Nick Leng)” and “Lovers (feat. Brave)” alongside a slew of new collaborations with Mascalo and Madi. His past few singles have noted hints nodes of his rock era mixed with a modern, stripped back approach to future bass. StéLouse inserts an airy soulfulness atop glossy synths that shift your spirit into a peaceful happiness. His ever-growing style has pushed him back genre bounds forged in electronic music and has allowed the Denver producer to bring a unique soundscape to his new collection.
