Grandtheft has come through with another amazing remix this year, this time taking on Dillon Francis’ “When We Were Young.” He slows down the tempo for his remix and of course adds in his signature 808’s making for a poppier take on the tune. This remix just adds to the long list of collaborators (DJ Snake, Major Lazer, and Martin Garrix to name a few) Dillon has on his upcoming album “Money Sucks, Friends Rule” which he has slowly been releasing singles from all Summer. I guess that’s what happens though when you sign to Columbia Records and their large list of artists becomes available to you. Money Sucks, Friends Rule is out October 27th, but unfortunately Grandtheft’s remix of “When We Were Young” won’t be on it. No release date has been set for the remix, but you can stream it below until it becomes available.
