It’s hip hop month over at Diplo & Friends and Diplo got a true legend to kick things off on his radio show this Saturday. DJ Premier took the reins for the first hour and played quite the diverse set. He played everything from The Doors to Rush to Rage Against The Machine before finishing with some hip hop.
For the second hour of his show, Diplo had Australian duo HWLS in the mix. Ta-Ku and Kit Pop took the opportunity to show why Australia is popping off right now. They shift through trap bangers and jersey club heaters seemlessly to make a mix that I enjoyed thoroughly. You can listen to both mixes and check out their tracklists below.
