Diplo‘s brand of high energy, light hearted, party-primed productions always tends to make booties bounce and crowds go wild. He commands the party with his signature dance floor destroyers, blending dance hall, trap music, and twerk selections into both his original works and his leading-edge remixes. Off of his October 2013 EP Revolution, Diplo’s certified rump-shaker “Biggie Bounce” is now getting a little remix treatment of it’s own, as New Orleans bred producer, and close friend of the RTT family, Kid Kamillion adds his own spin to Diplo’s funky, twerk-inducing heater.
Kid Kamillion’s “Biggie Bounce” remix ups the ante right off the bat, swapping Travis Porter and Angger Dimas‘ lyrical verses for some clean vocal chops and swirling loops. The original mix is as bouncy as they come (obviously…), however the Kid comes through with an electrifying tempo boost, giving the track a vibe best described as Nu-Bounce. From a bubbly build to the remix’s wild, back-popping break, this remix is meant for some serious party action. Blending elements from multiple genres, Kid Kamillion’s latest release proves versatile ability as a producer and reflects his wide musical background.
Released via Mad Decent, you can stream the remix below, or purchase it on iTunes.
