2 Chainz Is Having The Worst Week Ever (w/ Robbery Video)

 

This is just not the week for rap superstar, 2 Chainz. Reports are being confirmed that the rapper and members of his entourage were robbed at gunpoint earlier this week in downtown San Francisco. A single shot was reportedly fired, although no injuries were confirmed. Police are however confirming that the Grammy nominated rapper was robbed of his cell phone and wallet.

Then, as if things couldn’t get any worse this week, 2 Chainz was arrested today at LAX and booked on felony narcotics possession. Sources are reporting that Chainz was in possession of marijuana and promethazine. Needless to say, its been a pretty shitty week so far for the more popular half of Playaz Circle.

I guess in the end though, 2 Chainz really isnt all that “different”. He gets robbed cruising through downtown San Francisco just like anyone else would, and cannot seem to board an aircraft with drugs, just like the rest of us. But really, my sympathies do go out to Mr. Chainz. A gunpoint robbery sucks, no matter where you come from. And just when the poor guy was trying to roll up the grass and get his lean on, airport law enforcement had to go and ruin that party too. At least 2 Chainz only suffered the loss of his wallet and cell phone though. Had either chain been stolen (heaven forbid), then he would have an identity crisis on his hands too.

EDIT: as if it couldn’t even get ANY worse, video has been released of the armed robbery that 2 Chainz has been denying. Well, maybe he didn’t get robbed, because it looks like he booked it before they could get anything.
