Run The Trap is proud to present the first of our new guest mix series. ⱣYⱤΔḾIÐ JỤ₭E supplied us with an exclusive, hour-long mix filled some of their favorite tracks at the moment as well as promotional material from their upcoming BINGE$$ EP, which is set to be released on Dec. 25. BINGE$$ will be available on their Bandcamp for the dope price of $5. Also, the first 100 downloads will be free so be ready to grab the six track EP.
Along with the release of BINGE$$, ⱣYⱤΔḾIÐ JỤ₭E has a crammed schedule of events including playing the Low End Theory in the new year on Jan. 9, and being featured on the BTS Radio Records S. Maharba remix EP.
The mix provides the listener head- bobbing bass for nearly an hour and features tunes from a wide variety of artists. The last 20 minutes are hard-hitting illness and can force any would be listener out of their chair and or to accelerate their whip to a reckless speed.
Run The Trap was able to ask the talented and young duo some questions and thoughts regarding their focus, influences and their lives outside of music. They have a self-described style of eclectic and have a variety of influences including Low End Theory Crew, BTS radio, Night Slugs Label, Mad Decent, Fools Gold, Stones Throw, Warp Records and Brainfeeder.
“Our focus is to work on new material and develop new sounds,” the duo commented regarding what they are striving for in the music scene. As for their spare time outside of music, I can do nothing but envy their lifestyle, “Blunts, broads and beats is all we do.”
The duo has high aspirations for their future and hope to work with artists like heRobust, Lorn, Riff Raff, Mayhem,U Z, Flosstradamus, A-trak and Eprom.
