Genre-defying duo M42 just dropped “Gimme That Dirty,” and it’s every bit as filthy as the name suggests. John Anthony DeJoria and Joey Francis (aka Bad Nonno) are in peak form here, fusing breakneck drum & bass percussion with a pounding techno backbone and warped vocals that demand your full attention. As you’ll hear below, the track is raw in all the right ways: distorted textures, heavy low end, and a pace that feels engineered for warehouse mayhem. Based between LA and Austin, M42 pull from both cities’ underground roots while keeping one eye on the stars (literally). Named after the Orion Nebula, their project channels cosmic fire into club-ready weaponry. “Gimme That Dirty” lands like a mission statement: aggressive, relentless, and built to destroy. Don’t be surprised if this one pops up in late-night sets all summer – hear what we mean by streaming it below and let us know what you think in the comments.
